Mrs. Linda Quaynor

Linda joined Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors as the Programme Director in Nigeria. She will work with the Government of Nigeria and its regulatory stakeholders to assess the needs, challenges, and opportunities to enable the government to drive financial inclusion and related regulatory reform. She will interface with Financial Institutions and their Regulators to collaborate and drive the pro-poor agenda and Digital Financial Services, through supporting implementation of financial inclusion policies. Part of her work will also focus on providing advisory services to strengthen regulatory policies, leveraging insights and experiences from other markets on application of data analytics to support financial inclusion, and shape the evolution of fintech regulations to drive deeper financial inclusion. Before joining Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors in January 2023, Linda was a Partner at Deloitte in the Consulting Practice responsible for Strategy and Customer Marketing and leading Financial Services across West Africa. During her time at Deloitte, she led large digital transformation projects across Financial Institutions including Banking, Asset Management, Insurance, Payments and Fintech Clients. She was also the Lead Client Service Partner for several key clients including a Tier 1 banking clients as well as the largest insurance company in Nigeria. She also played a significant role in shaping Deloitte’s brand in Nigeria as she led the Clients and Industry portfolio for a number of years. Linda also brings a wealth of experience engaging with Regulators in her prior role as General Manager of EFInA, as well as her prior experience as a Senior Manager at Accenture. She has held several management consulting roles in the UK, South Africa and Ghana. She is currently the Chairman of the Advisory Board for Digital Financial Services for Asset Resource Management Limited, and also provides advisory services to the Nigerian Economic Summit Group. Linda holds an MBA for University of Kent at Canterbury and a BA in Accounting and Finance from Middlesex University.
